Has worked as manufacturing operations director, cultivated many CNC senior technical elites, never stop exploring for the new technique in precision machining for over 20 years. Constantly challenged himself for material & process study and have developed many innovative process serve for aerospace, medical, industrial and 3C etc. industries. Rigorous scientific attitude to every drawing from customers, and devoted himself to solve customer's technological difficulties for machining process.
